I'm not a big fan of music snobs. I mean, people listen to what they like. Of course bands like KORN, Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park are trash but who am I to say that? I listen to Frank Zappa and the mothers of invention.
for that you get a breakdown of the forehand.
Step 1: Ready Position
Step 2: get into position by turning and pointing your left shoulder at the ball while moving to where the ball is in reach and about waist level, while bringing your racket back.
---Remember to bring your racket back low, about or a little lower than hip level
Step 3. Step forward with your left foot, moving your weight forward from your back foot, driving your hips into the ball, once you step you should start your swing.
Step 4: contact point, you should meet the ball right out in front of your hip, with all your weight behind your racket.
step 5: follow through, make sure to finish up at your shoulder, but let this happen naturally, don't lift your swing.
things to remember: swing = low to high
contact point must be just in front of hips
your step starts your swing
smaller steps to get into position
if you want it to go fast you normall have to use some sort of spin to draw it back into the court, otherwise the ball will fly.
and i don't know if i want to explain that. things like this are hard over the internet. but my best advice is just practice, practice practice. doing the fundamentals over and over again.
