So I just got back from the dentist, who told me I have to get my wisdom teeth taken out. He said I should get them removed sooner rather than later.
Well, the Cubs are on a six-game win streak, and I'm not screwing that up, so I told him I'd hold off until December. To which he replied: "You know, it's sometimes more difficult to take a rusty nail out of a piece of wood."
Let it be known that I'm a big wimp when it comes to this sort of stuff. I hate being put to sleep, hate anything involving teeth and/or surgery, and I'm not a fan of pain, either. So here's my question: is it as bad as it sounds?
Please preface any positive posts with a dancing banana so I know to keep reading. Thanks.
UPDATE: Was watching the hot dog eating contest, and when they talked about Kobayashi getting his wisdom teeth taken out, they referred to it as "the worst pain ever."
