We basically traded Bennett (maybe Kent and Yearby) for Samuels and V-Dub.

this board and gpc* were far happier about bennett last spring than they are samuels and d'sky this year.

It was the whole 5 star thing though.

I'm just waiting to see how each and every one of these recruits will come in and make a big impact next year like nearly everyone seems to think they will.

Not all of them will.  Some will surprise and some will disappoint.  But we have so many decent recruits that we should be loaded.

I still want my cooler, bitches!

reminding everyone about my remarkablely prescient opinion of bennett eases the pain of c1 labelling me a loser

I was more excited bout JB at the time bc, as said before, he was a 5 star and i didnt think that could exist in a ksu uniform.
However, after watching the open scrimmage of him, that excitement quickly turned into...wow, he's not very good.

All of the guys wont live up to the hype, but the more you get the better the odds are that someone will

They all cant suck can they?   :hope:

    I miss him ^^
I have a feeling one or two of them might turn out to be Curtis Allen type players.  Pretty athletic but don't help too much in the first year or two.  If Allen would have stayed around I think he would have been a hell of a player though.

Jason Bennett, Blake Young, Luis Colon.

Blake Young did start playing better near the end of the season.  When he did a 20 foot jump stop and tried to dunk on someone, I figured he was close to being back.

There are two kinds of people in this world.  No one calls this guy a loser:

Well I'm sure of two things; a) you have better hair and b) you have less money.

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
