Where on this board do you spend your time?  On classless cats hoping to see a nipple slip?  Too early to tell where he'll end up.  My bet is OU or KSU.  And yes, he's from Wichita

He's from Wichita. Wichita has produced some great football players in the past. Do Barry Sanders or maybe Gale Sayers come to mind?? And KSU and OU are probably in the lead because they are the two that have been pursuing him the hardest.

Yeah, Jackson State coaches met him at the bus station in Jackson, MS and convinced him not to go to KSU.

I've always wondered what would have happened to KSU football had he arrived and played....you know, the whole "Butterfly Affect"

I've heard this a lot, but never seen anything credible that confirms it.

Kind of like the DeMarcus Cousins thing.

he is too close to venables and the defense down in norman. i'm pretty sure he's gonna head that direction.
BUT! if we can show improvement on the o-line and can really showcase our talent with running backs, lil bro Bryce is a much better possibility!

His bro will go wherever he goes...

If we hit this wichita area hard (Brown bros, Harper) and we already have with the collegiate guys, we could really benefit. Wichita is turning into what it use to be

You could have countered this by pointing out that Darren Sproles really wasn't from Olathe because he was actually born in Iowa.

We wanted Barry Sanders to walk-on, so he decided to take a scholarship from OSU. If we would have offered he would have been ours.

I did a search for a story on it once, and came accross the same story with ku in place of K-State.

How about Kamerion Wimbley for current relevance.

When does the NCAA release their findings on blow-U?  Hopefully the sanctions can help lure Our Favorite Players from Wichita Ever.

There's a special on Fox about Payton and both he, his brother, and coach confirm that he was on his way to a Kansas School but they never verify whether it was ku or KSU.  Other sources have confirmed that it was KSU.

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
