People need to lay off of the hire. It's obvious that the duo of Frank Martin and ACDH can recruit and if you can recruit McDonald's All American after McDonald's All American your odds of winning go way up.

Seriously, you hire coaches because of recruiting, "x's and o's", and experience, in that order.

We could hire Martin and Hill, and automatically get a #1 player, a top 10 player, and a top 100 player.

Or we could hire Fox, and get experience.
