but lets say i, or any of you, was a head coach at a school like say the washington huskies.  youd only been there a short time , like a year or two, and all of a sudden the head coaching job at kansas state university opened up.  your saying you would jump at the opportunity?

you could have meant every word of it b/c you believed a school with a pretty solid coach like they had at wvu, wouldnt just up and leave.  but yet it happened.  lets put it this way.  i dont care about the situation.  if i was a ncaa basketball coach at any school that wasnt kstate, no matter how good they were, if the kstate job opened up i would always be interested.

not really.  my point as a kstate grad is that it is my dream job to be the head basketball coach at kstate.  i really wouldnt care about the situation b/c i would take the job regardless.  that was my point.

Agreed.  He was happy in Manhattan, would have a successful season next year, and the whole West Virginia thing wouldn't matter at the end of the season.  He would not have &@#%ed anybody over by staying in Manhattan.

No matter how successful he is in WVU, he will always be guilty about what he did.

6500 is nothing.  thats half what, say, wsu averages in attendance.  yes walker got &@#%ed but thats about it.  i suppose bennett did too but he sucks to it was only a matter of time.
