Goldy is assembling facts, a lot of which aren't even in proper context, which is why he's easy to ignore.
This was about character and loyalty, and if you talk to the players in the NBA who played for him, you'd get it. I'm not mad he left for West Virginia. I'm mad at how he did it. Only one year, with all the stuff he did and was doing, and then up and left. He could have waited a bit longer, maybe a couple more years. WV might have hired a bad coach, maybe not. Who knows. Doesn't matter. Bob was a great guy, and a great coach. Those other "incidentals" take nothing away from his character because those who played and worked for him talk about him differently.
