According to ACFM:

"Michael is a thicker, stronger kid physically. Durant is better then Michael in his ability to score the ball from the outside, but Michael is better scoring in close. I would say their instincts and hands are comparable."

Certainly bodes well for the future of the Cats!!!!!  :ksu:

I would stay as far as possible away from these comparisons until the kid gets on campus and plays a few college games.  It would be great if he was the second coming of Kevin Durant, but not likely.  Let's not put too much pressure on the kid.

i'll go out on a limb and say that beasley will not average 33/14 in conference play as a true freshman.

sophomore, maybe.

If beasely can give us  half that next year, I'd be very happy with that. Walker will give us btw 15-20 ppg and 5-10 rpg, hoskins very similar. Strong front line right there my friends.


I'd also take 33 and 16 a game as well if the beas is up to it.   :hope:
