We’re looking for help in all spots, so we’ll take the very best players at any spot. And we’ve been very well received. We are, in some circles, a little bit more attractive after some of these games we’ve played. I think the Texas game helped, but one of the games that got people’s attention early was the Louisville game, to be honest with you. That caught some kids’ and families’ eyes. They saw that these kids can play with just about anybody. It started from there and it’s gone forward. I think a lot of prospects out there see Josh Freeman as some guys that would be really fun to play with.

Kind of interesting...

More and more I can see why the other QB's left and I'm not even talking about the talent of Josh. Freeman is to Prince as Sproles was to Snyder.

Recruits that have asperations of doing something in football want to play against good competition instead of running through a soft non-con schedule and being named the "Unofficial I-AA National Champion" or "Unoffical Sun Belt Conference Champion".

Showing some fight against the Ville in the non-con on a national broadcast on FSN and following that up later in the season with a win over the Fightin' Bevos in Primetime on ABC plays well with recruits for a program in rebulding mode.
