Is there any easy way
anyway to take a DVR recording (cox) from DVR to DVD???

Got a few $$$ offers from friends if i could do it plus i wouldn't mind one myself.
I have a computer that is able to burn DVD's but don't know how or if there is a way to get from DVR to computer.
