Duke just lost to Maryland. After our loss I was afraid we might drop 2 spots in the rankings but now do we drop a spot or does #6Ohio state AP #6Purdue USA/ESPN just jump us?

Agreed but the media loves to  certain teams and Ohio State is one of them supposingly they have the player of the year on their team even though we all know he couldnt put up those same numbers in the big 12. and OSU's Anderson is the better player.

I never said anything bout moving up tard. We lost a tough game to the number 2 ranked team in the nation at #2 (many experts still consider #1) Duke lost to a decent Maryland team. I still can see us goin down a spot but after the Duke loss i expect them to drop more and would expect either ohio state or purdue to jump us in the poll. Don't get to comftorable with this win either as I remember there is still a big 12 tournament to be played and that means a potential rematch on a neutral court.

Eric Turner would put up similar numbers no matter what conference he was in.  That being said, OSU still shouldn't jump us, but, being that we got our ass completely plowed, who knows.
