If the NCAA can penalize a member school for acts of an alum or supporter in regards to favors given to a high school underclassman long before a NCAA member school becomes interested in and athlete and then recruits and signs that high school student, then why should they not investigate and penalize a member school for prior acts of the current coach who gained substantial advantage as the result of so-called recruiting activities with that athlete prior to being hired as coach of a member school??? Is being just outside of NCAA regulations while unemployed a foolproof defense for major recruiting infractions (aka cheating)?
Would someone like to email this thought to NCAA Enforsement?

They simply don't have anything left.  Legit services ranked our class #1, with kids a few months ago they said would never sign with K-State and a coach they said would never come to K-State.

All they have left is Huggins won't be able to recruit NOW b/c he won't have a year off again or the same old Huggins is a crook stereotypes or that Huggins will jump at the first opportunity to get out.
