Husker gets boot

Sophomore tight end Justin Tomerlin has been dismissed from the Nebraska football team for violation of team policies and regulations, coach Bill Callahan said Monday. Tomerlin came to Nebraska in summer 2005 and redshirted last fall. He has played in three games this season.

That's a good question ... given the Coed Scholarship situation with NU football, it will be interesting to see what  happens to the girlfriend when the boyfriend leaves.

The girl went to NU or something and thats why he didn't choose KSU during recruiting.
