Possible Walk On Recruit?

Ive heard some rumblings about this kid, 6'6 180 pound shooting guard from Andover Central High School. Looked up his stats from last year he average 9.5 points on 7 shots a game and 9.3 rebounds a game. He looks like he can really shoot it and has pretty good athletic ability. We need a shooter desperately. Here is some film I found on him.

Does he have a 4.0? walk ons need to boost team GPA.  Frank doesn't care if he can shoot.
