"The institutions and leaders should be pleased that the findings and recommendations contained in these reports are minor," said Reggie Robinson, the Board of Regents top administrator.

"Squeaky clean," declared Dan Lykins, a member of the Board of Regents, said of the ku analysis.

Got to love this guys sense of humor.  If he really believes it, that would be a first for their University.

Since I know the tards are reading this and they've already referenced me at least 6 times in their thread over in Tardville . . . I'd just remind them that I never ONCE said that they would find anything significant in the ku study (it wasn't an audit).  In terms of K-State's study, the only person I defended was Bill Snyder . . . for simply getting paid what he was owed by the school (and the study revealed that he was still owed a lot of money).

Hemmenway's minority hiring and advancement practices will be the biggest check mark against his legacy (thus we now understand why the Regents hired a Black Woman to replace him).

The biggest Perkins swindle is that retarded Memorial Stadium renovation, but since he got approval, that humonguous white elephant costing millions of dollars will be "legal".   The subject of this story is a nothing deal that doesn't really warrant much more attention.

LOL... ku was ranked 11th in the nation in total revenue in '08 (ahead of Nebraska).  ku's basketball program completely shames everyone else in the Big 12.  Just wait until ku maximizes its resources for football.

Dude, Texas' FY 2010 Athletic Budget is $112 Million dollars (and here's a hint, the Longhorn Foundation is their chief fund raising arm so their financials aren't counted in Texas athletics financials . . . I guess I have to explain that all to you again, and again).

Nebraska makes almost as much on football as ku's entire athletic budget (and Nebraska doesn't count athletic capital giving or athletic endowment giving as revenue on their athletic department financial statements).

Fact:  ku ranked 11th in the nation in total revenue for '08.  Your hatred for ku doesn't change that.

I've never denied that Ben . . . the way ku athletics inc. does its books, and reports it's financials to the Department of Education makes it that way.   Schools that use seperate non profit corps to do their athletic fund raising (Longhorn Foundation, 12th Man Foundation, Wolfpack Club, UNC-Ram Club etc. etc.), or don't treat certain types of giving as revenue (restricted athletic endowment giving, capital project giving), would not report that information on their financial reports, and thus would not report that information on the EADA report to the DOE.   Your hatred of the facts and how things are done by some schools does not change that reality.
