im not a gambler so i don't quite understand vegas lines but if that means if ksu losses by less than 16.5 they win the line im takin KSU

It means that vegas is placing a line as to what they think will get half of the bets on the "thinks Mizzou will win by 16.5 or more" and half the bets on the "thinks they'll win by 16.5 or less or will lose".  Its not really saying that someone in vegas thinks they'll win by that much.
