Never felt like the Cats had the upper hand or a decent shot to turn the tide.  Martin's foul trouble seemed too much too early.

JW in the neck brace was painful.  Reminded me of a bad wreck I survived years ago.

Here's hoping JW doesn't show up with a colostomy bag for the OU game.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
I agree.  The game came down to players making  plays, and despite Texas' best attempts to hand us the lead, we couldn't make a play.  Ever.

Sad, typical, Jim Wooldridge coached game.

Fun game though. Glad it was close.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I went to a bar and watched it on an HD projection TV.

The game looked hard fought and intense, and HD makes my stomach turn almost more than being at the game.

Speaking of "stomach turn" look at rod's post in the Huggins thread.

ughhh.

I know.  I feel like I should reply, but I don't think it's worth my time.  Absolutely gut-wrenching logic.

That kid that scored 25 points  in 2 minutes would have won this game for us.

another jim wooldridge special tonight.  multiple chances to take the lead or tie in the last minute and we well whatever.

how about that matt seibrant-esq free throw there by hoskins?

how much did wooly pay the first 2 rows of the student section to wear those "we support jim wooldridge shirts"????  embarrassing.

while sitting amongst my fellow students i really wonder if they only game they've ever watched was our win over ku earlier this season.  no one seems to want to blame the coach or catch on to how we lose all these games.

sigh
4 games to go

Texas somehow scored fewer points than the Cats and still managed to win.

So that was a jump ball, huh?

good game tonight.  i didn't really find it gut wrenching i'm afraid.  the cats palyed well.  i like watching/listening to KSU bball when they play well.  if they play as well the remainder of their games this season i'll be happy.

harris played well too.  who gives a rat's ass if he was 0-5 behind the line.  overall he had a good game.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Should of had a few more ....or  atleast one 3.    Last 3 pt. attempt would have been nice.

Agree, but he is one of our few scorers.

Akeem 2-9. Wool needs more shooters.

Official confirmation .  Lance Harris is a great player.  No need to further discuss this.

Actually, op, I agree with you that he hasn't been good this year on the whole at all; but this just isn't the right time to dog on him.

Cheers!  :beerchug:

Actually, I'll bet I'd be in favor of interviewing most names on your short list...but I don't know who they are.   :violin:

I have to admit that at no time during the game I really thought that we'd win.  I knew it would be close and we'd come up short.  Sad.
