Yeah . . . that Fiesta Bowl win with Bishop sucked . . . going 21-2 with Bishop at QB was terrible.  

As far as basketball goes, as I stated the deal with guys like Walker and Beasley have to be repeated numerous times . . . look at ku; it took 53 years, 5 probations, and truckloads of additional sleaze to compile 3 National Titles.    K-State has a long way to go on that front . . . a long way . . . that's why we all implore Frank to pick up the pace.

Bishop wasn't LD, he just didn't like school.  He reportedly still doesn't like film study, that is why he cannot stick in the CFL.

As for his accomplishments, they stand for themselves.  Dude was a freakin' stud and EVERY school in the country would have taken him if they could.  Luckily, KSU could, and did.  Oh, and MANY Big 12 schools offered Bish, including ku, so get over it, your false sense of superiority that is.

Also, I love how the "TARDS" (sorry dax) discount the Fiesta Bowl win over Donovan McNabb (and about a dozen other NFL players) because it was the BCA, not the BCS.  The Orange Bowl is a dog and has become the game where they send the 2 BCS teams nobody cares about, hence ku, Cinncinnati, Wake Forest, Louisville, etc. going.

As for KSU being garbage, this is going to be fun, reading the excuses from ku fans this fall.

My gut reaction to this is to ask how the hell this guy gets to play...then I remember that we had M. Bishop start for a couple years and that guy can barely spell his name much less get C's in college classes.
