omg. so me and my frat bros decided to check out the lawrence aiport today before we hit up "mass" for some "hot-tail"

anyway, here are some pics of the lawrence metro-airport, servicing the greater douglass county area.

here is the entrance to the airport. pretty unique airport where they don't seem to require signs/directions.  



here is the terminal. yes, those are tractors on the airport runway.  



and finally, american eagle jets getting ready to serve the greater lawrence area.



 

just remember, it may be a tough day...but at the end of the day...at the end of the night, when the clock strikes 12:00 PM, you are an EMAW. And that, is all, that matters.

Impressed it's actually asphalt.  iirc, it was grass when I lived there.   In their defense, when you've got Forbes int'l 30-40 minutes away, who needs a real airport.

btw, is the airport acronym/code LAMe?  Or, does it even have a code?
