Considering this year's NBA Draft, maybe Seff misguided Cole?
Horrible talent in this year's draft. Hansblow went No. 13. Cole probably could have went top 10.

Cole would have gone fairly high. There was a plethora of guards. Maybe MN could have used one of their 4 first rounders on him. They probably felt obliged without a Minny native to take.
