some of these evals are entertaining to read. The Hefley kid from Riverton who just committed to Arkansas has a good one.
Hefley would just as soon body slam you as look at you. He is a true blue collar football player. He has excellent size and strength for a high school athlete. Plays multiple positions as inside linebacker, outside linebacker, defensive tackle, tight end and H-back. A real tough gut that likes the physical nature of the sport. Displays a great blitz attitude as a linebacker; quick off the snap and penetrates through small openings or destroys whoever is in front of him to make a play. Very solid linebacker from tackle to tackle but limited somewhat in space. Uses his hands to separate, disengage or throw the opposition out of the way. Extremely powerful player that manhandles most opponents. Shows some lateral quickness on the defensive side of the ball and can flatten his pursuit angle to make a play. Destroys lead blockers that try to iso block him; often knocks blocker into the lap of the ball carrier. As a tight end possesses good hands and is a raging bull once he has the football under his arms. Once he has the football, would rather run over the defender than try to make a move to avoid him. Loves the physical nature of the sport in all facets of the game. A very good short yardage H-back that plows the way for the running back; not uncommon to see him get more than one block on a play. Also demonstrates the ability to carry the football in similar situations and is very tough to bring down; a real load as a runner. Hefley has a ton of toughness and plenty of talent. He can develop into a very good collegiate player once he gets zeroed in to a specific position. If he doesn't make it in football he could be a bouncer at the local pub.
