It's a pretty elite thing.  KSU is one of few universities that have it iirc.

ITS NOT EVEN A MAJOR OFFERED AT OUR SCHOOL. BUILT ONLY BECAUSE OF NEPOTISM. WASTE OF MONEY.

Actually it was built because they secured their own funding to build it.  There are majors within the bldg + grad students.

No, they didn't.

About 90% of the funds for this project came from Warren Staley, former CEO of Cargill. It was his wish that it went to the Leadership Studies minor.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I don't think you have a very strong grasp of the term "secure funds" :dunno:

E2P is right.  Technically speaking, unless the money was raised through Cargill car washes and bake sales, those funds were not secured.

i guess you're right, if you believe 'securing their own funding' means stumbling upon a financial gift that you have no business getting.

two diff definitions, i guess. :dunno:
