Don't you have to be under a certain score for consecutive years.  Maybe we get a warning for failing once?

No, we lost a scholly last year.  The reports show our three year average as 900 (which is the same as CU's) but we aren't listed as losing a ship while they are.

it's been like a year since i looked at this stuff, but iirc, to incur a penalty, it is something like:

if you have a guy drop out or transfer in poor academic standing while you are below the minimum (925 i think).

if you're just below the min, no biggie.  if you have a guy leave in poor academic standing, no biggie.  it takes both.
