has anyone ever actually seen a car run off the road?

I was driving into Manhattan on w/e the hell the road is called on the way in from Clay Center/Randolph/Riley etc. close by the trap park and only has two lanes. but ne ways.

Well there was this dood driving(chevy nova) and he was passing 2 cars and while he is passing the one car in front of him that car decides to pass the other one but he veers over and the guy in the nova had to go onto the shoulder which is about 5 feet wide ends up losing control and rolling his car onto the guard rail. It was amazing to see in person, oh and the dood that ran him off the road didn't even stop just kept going like nothing happened. the dood in the nova wasn't even wearing a seatbelt but was fine the car not so much.
