Going Premium?

So since I am still just a poor college student here at the wonderful KSU I am not able to afford the premium services.  Just curious if any of you have gone premium and what the benefits are. Also, is the message board seperated? Will we lose the wonderful posters here on the free board? Just wondering.  So hard to find anything good for free anymore. I thougt this site was great and now I feel like its been taken over by "The Man." Oh well, all good things come to an end...

They're making the same mistake as last time by not showing the premium forum (assuming there is one?). That's free advertisements. I didn't even know they finally switched over until i saw the member status changed for a handful of people. I seriously doubt this will gain any steam if they're already repeating a ton of the same mistakes.

that's a pretty good idea.
i also think that the stuff in the premium forum is good if you're into that kind of thing.
i'm guessing it gets better in the non-worst parts of the year for sports bbs'ing and as they work out some of the kinks.
