True, but you have ups and downs.  Teams overachieve and underachieve several times over the course of the season.  You have to look at the season as a whole once it's over.

It sucked, and Frank was criticized for it quite a bit here.  I think they slow played too many guys and threw all their eggs in the Kadji/Spoon/Shipman basket.  Once those guys went to Memphis and Florida, they were left w/ complete crap.  I think they've learned their lesson, and it seems like they've been offering more recruits, earlier, for 2009 and 2010.
