Run a combo with Coffman and Hartman. Coffman can be your Chris Leak type player and then bring in Hartman as a Tebow type to really fire up the offense.
Not like we got a lot of better options.
Coffman looked good in a couple of losses too.
QFT. He showed true leadership out there, unlike a certain coddled "me-first" type star that comes to mind.
I would rather lose every game we have next year with a QB who does it the "K-State Way", than win a single game with a prima donna.
1 - If only we could get something close to a Tebow-Leak combination. As mentioned earlier it is more likely to be a Webb/Meier combo...
2 - Ron needs to take lots of the blame for the perception that Freeman was just a prima donna who could care less about the team. To me, Ron coddled him and failed to create a cohesive locker room, so there were many guys doing their own thing or in a "me-first" frame of mind. Josh just happened to be the most high profile player on the team and arguably the most coddled. Don't blame the kids for the failure of their coaching staff.
