You can't be racist and like basketball.
From reading the articles this week, I get the sense that the team/staff is VERY respectful of Louisville, but confident they can do well.

I like this attitude much better than everyone being OK with a one-point win over Illinois State.

A one point win over Louisville is better.

Then they can direct the band for hours on end for all I care.

Spoke with Nick Stringer yesterday and I asked, "you guys ready for Saturday?"  His response, "oh ya, we're going to go out and see if we can't get us an upset."  Then he grinned like a little kid and said, "later."

is his thumb broken?

rumor.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Thumb is broken, broke it against FAU.  Has a mini-cast on his right hand and said that it doesn't hurt.  He writes with that same casted hand everyday and he's a tough smart kid so...he'll play.

Stringer is fine. I have a co-worker who talked to his mom this week and said he would play.
