Monstrosity? At least there is some architectural design at Memorial Stadium. Not just a straight line non-descript hole in the ground. At least people are trying to sneak in to our games. So by "design" you mean more seating in the endzones than there is along the sidelines?  By "design" you mean endzone seating that is at such a bad angle that those sitting in the endzone can't even see the entirety of the endzone closest to them?  By "design" you mean seats that don't allow a view of the entire playing field??
