    The very best.
you know, where the superpower gets hit, and responds incredibly irrationally?

ksu got one of the largest f*ck jobs in college football history, and everyone pretty much patted us on the back and snickered.

texas kind of got a screwjob this year, and you can bet they won't just take it up the ass like we did.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

They're already calling for Texas to leave for the SEC on Hornfans.

Calls to move the RRS to later in the year.

I can also see Big 12 realignment in the future as well.

I'm serious. Texas fans are not going to take this lightly

All we can hope for now is UT winning the fiesta bowl, and OU getting trashed in the MNC. That may calm down those monsters.

It will actually make it worse, "See, we told you so".  Much, much worse.

Texas better just be thankful they didn't have their real rival on their schedule this year.  :kstatriot:

Very True. Pretty bad to see a plane flying over the OU/OSU game with the 45-35 banner. :crybaby:

Will never happen.  SEC splits conference revenues evenly.  In the Big XII, Texas gets to fist all the "small" schools to its heart's content when it comes to $$$, and at the end of the day that's what conferences are all about, anyway.

stupid title

UT has a legit grip here.  Can you imagine beating both of those teams and still getting the shaft?  Its a good thing we have a man on the inside to help us out in front office of the big12.  ;) :jerkoff:

UT's going to push to get rid of the CCG and just have a conference schedule like the Big 10, then have an 8 team BCS playoff.

UT doesn't really want to go to the SEC, they'd get pimp slapped.

    PRIMETIME LEAGUE ALL-STAR
This isn't the Big 12's fault this is the NCAA's fault.  IF there was a fracking playoff, UT and maybe even TTU would be in, albeit without a giant crystal big 12 punch bowl.  When you take your regular season and turn it into a beauty pageant/political race the way the NCAA does this is what you get.

The whole "but we have the best regular season of any sport" argument is a cop out and an extremely weak one at that.

Wrong.

It's the Big 12's fault for deciding that the BCS would be involved in a tiebreaker situation.  No other conference does that.

Second, a playoff won't work because of the politics (the BCS didn't bring politics into college football, they were already there)

UT would never go to the SEC. As in NEVER, EVER. UT prides itself on being the Stanford of the southwest. Bunch of left wing, elitist snobs. They consider the SEC to be full of redneck, low academic, cheating trash.

When the Southwest Conference broke up UT considered joining the Big 8, Big 10, or Pac 10. The SEC was completely ruled out.

There are some other reasons why I do not think that UT would ever leave the Big 12. First and foremost UT has more influence in this conference than they would in any other. Secondly the distance is a big factor. This conference allows them to conserve some on travel costs and it also allows their fans to see them in person more often. Also, they would not want to split apart from Texas a&m. In order for them to jump leagues they would have to find another conference willing to take two schools instead of just one. There are some other things as well.

That would be awesome. I mean seeing the whorns go 5/6 to 6/5 every year. They actually play "D" in that league. Cart McCoy would be ICU McCoy over there.
