It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

It's ok because the offenses are much better and defenses much worser as a whole now.

ksu total points given up in big 12 play 2002 = 91 (35 points alone vs CU => rest of league play = 9.5ppg)

ksu total points given up in 1st half of OU and TT games = 93

You can't be racist and like basketball.

I think they've been held under 20 five times in conference games, and the rest of the league has been held to under 20 six times.  (total)

The Hawk has been exposed.  If we don't land pat, pet needs to get the bank thrown at him.

Great stat, Fatty!  I love this type of analysis.  The numbers don't lie.

'We just didn't match up well against them (OU/Tek, guys with size).  We matched up much better against MU (speed).' -- paraphrase of RP during his radio show.

Uh, d00d, we were effin pwn3d by MU, too.  24-3.

The only conf game were were 'in' at half was CU.

If he could figure out how to go in at halftime with a lead, we'd win more games.  Isn't he undef when leading at half -- and unvictorious when down at half?

We should just call games at half.  If we're leading we get the W and behind the L.

i didn't need this stat to figure out how bad our defense was, and numbers, they do lie.  we're no where near as good as fatty's numbers would suggest.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

That's pretty amazing.  I conjured up some charts on Atomic Teeth that show this year's Big 12 Defenses (of course, with an eye on Mizzou), but K State is also present so you might find it interesting (if not depressing).

I apologize in advance if the site is slow for you.  We have someone working on it - our sister site Barking Carnival is also now experiencing technical difficulties.

By the way, a good friend of mine is a Wildcat and he said he had a great time in Columbia last week.  He said it was nice not to have to stress about Prince coming back for another year.

We should just call games at half.  If we're leading we get the W and behind the L.

That's because everyone drops back in coverage in the second half to prevent us from beating them deep and getting the quick comeback and Prince decides to run the ball in the second half (which they are giving us even though we can still only take 3 yds/carry) in order to try and keep the game close.  Bottom line, the other teams are defending us to get the win, we are trying to lose by less.  That's why we play better in the 2nd half of blowout losses.  Prince said it himself at half of the MU game when he said we need to run the ball more in the second half to shorten the game.  You don't try to shorten the game when you're down by 3 touchdowns!!
