So who's on their list that absolutely, positively, should *NEVER* get even a split second's consideration?  So far I've seen:

1. Dan McCarney
2. Turner Gill
3. Dana Dimel
4. Vic Koenning

I'm sure there are others ....

They are all almost unanimous that Snyder would be a homerun as well.

After realizing the inevitability that KSU is/has/will f this up, I'm softening on a Snyder Suckcession plan, in that I would take a Old Balls - HC, BV - DC (head coach in waiting), Daryl Wyatt OC, combination.

At this point, I would do nude cartwheels through aggieville if the dipsh*ts running this clusterf*ck of a search pulled this off.

First, I have zero confidence that they could get BV, or DW for that matter.  So, assuming for a moment that they could, I'd take that over every other listed option (outside of Patterson).

Whats the problem with Turner Gill?  Guy might win his division in the MAC this year at a school that has never sniffed it in the past.  He has big 12 ties and recruiting ties in Texas.   I think it's kind of powartard esque to lump Gill in with McCarney, Dimel, and Koening.

sounds about right.  I couldn't imagine what BV and DW on the recruiting trail for 2 years would do for the program.  Would give BV when he takes over in year 3 a lot to work with.

Would jump to NU in about 2 years when they realize they hired Bo Pelini to run their program

who gives a f*ck?

We'd probably have two years worth of decent recruits.  He's done a better job getting Texas recruits to BUFFALO than what we've been doing.

Let me restate my opininion:  He would jump to NU in two years when they had their opening and he would be a garbage coach for us in the two years he was here.  Better?

Turner Gill would be your next Bill. If you get him great things will happen. I hope like hell he doesn't go to KSU. Yes, I would be scared.  :yikes:
