Kansas State's Hoskins arrested after altercationBY JEFFREY MARTINThe Wichita EagleKansas State junior forward David Hoskins was arrested in Manhattan early Saturday morning on a charge of disorderly conduct.He was released on $750 bond.Riley County Police Dept. spokesman Lt. Michael Quintanar said Hoskins was picked up on Morrow Street at 1:50 a.m.He was observed in an altercation with a 22-year-old male by the arresting officer, who shouted to both men to break it up. The officer then witnessed Hoskins throw a punch at the other man, and the arrest was made. According to K-State sports information official Tom Gilbert, coach Bob Huggins will allow the judicial process to run its course before deciding what action to take. Hoskins averaged 13 points for the Wildcats during the 2005-06 season.
