This is getting way too creepy.   

Christ, the similarities being pointed out in this thread are way more than coincidence.  This is definitely a case of time travel or perhaps Prince has opened a gateway to a parallel dimension.  If in fact 2008 is equal to 1987, then that means we would still be stuck with Prince (Parrish) for one more year and have to wait until 2010 (1989) for a new coach (Patterson  ) to come in and save us.
