Actually I had heard that Downey was unhappy at South Carolina and regretted his decision to transfer there, but I would imagine that unless he gets out of there by basically TODAY, or at least before fall classes start, that he will lose another year of eligibility, and since I don’t see him doing anything to get out of USC, I would think that he is staying there...
