they're pretty good
They remind me of going to a white castle and getting a sack full of the ones that aren't as fresh.  Not bad - but not "as" good.

nothing can be as good as the real thing, but they're worth grabbing a box and sitting on the couch mowing down all 6 of them while watching football and drinking a beer.  imo.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Cake. Tender and moist.

Like wedding cake?   :dunno:
I froze the top of our wedding cake and ate a piece for our anniversary.  Wasn't very good.  Def. not "tender and moist".

For getting married, or for eating a frozen brick of wedding cake?

For saving your wedding cake....did you guys feed each other when you defrosted it?  I mean "feed" literally, and not metaphorically.

Chinese food can be pretty crappy the next day.

My place of choice is Chinese Chef and I always get #25.

So of course I eat all of mine but if someone else leaves theirs in the fridge I will eat theirs too. However, rice gets hard and crappy. Sauce gets all gelatinous. Plus its usually only like three pieces of chicken so I pop two of those into my mouth cold on the way to the m-wave. So I'm left with one chicken piece left and am I going to reheat that? GMAFB, so I end up eating it all cold and gelatiny.

just slightly warm?

This is my fav.  :lick:

WTF, big mistake IMO. I'd rank pizza quality as follows:

1. Hot, fresh out of oven

2. Cold, straight out of fridge. Best when served as breakfast.

3. Fully reheated in oven

4. Fully reheated in microwave

5. Slightly reheated aka ass-barf.  :barf:

goulash

FTW    Stews of any kind only get better overnight, but goulash #1.   Saul, do you add corn to yours too?

Then you obviously didn't package it right.  We had ours wrapped in a couple layers of Saran Wrap and sealed in a Tupperware container.  It was just as good the next year as it was on day 1.

Agree with the stews and soups.  A good pot of veggie beef soup really gets its best flavor after it has been sitting around for a day.

GREAT - Indian food, Chili.  Both seem to get better...

Couldn't agree more.  Chicken Tikka Masala is better the next day, as is Biryani.

I am almost to the point where I won't even bother eating Chili until it has been in the fridge and re-heated.

this may blow your mind but that is exactly what I am having for dinner this very evening...leftover CTM.

This is correct. We just threw the box in the back of the freezer.

Meatloaf  FTW!!!!!!!

It's the most versatile of the foods mentioned here.  Can be enjoyed hot, cold, room temp, as a sandwich or by itself.   Surprisingly low BLIQ.
