So, from 1988-2000 hit television station ABC aired it's fantastic TGIF lineup. The following are shows that aired for at least two season during the remarkable run of TGIF. They are ranked in order from worst to best.

9) Full House- This may be the #1 fav for some of you guys but this one did not have it for me dude. The oldest girls on the show were not attractive. Kimmie Gibbler? Gibbler me a break.

8) Sabrina the Teenage Witch- When a talking cat is the best part of the show then what can I say. Having Punky Brewster on in the later years helped.

7) Family Matters- This spinoff of the much better (more funnier) show Perfect Strangers did not matter to me.

6) Hangin' with Mr. Cooper- COOOOOOOOOOP! I also thought Holly Robinson was kind of hot.

5) Step by Step- Not good. Not Bad. Didn't hate it didn't love it. Didn't watch it a whole lot.

4) Mr. Belvedere- Bob Ueker I LMAO at you. Tastes Great! Less Filling! Go yell at the funny talking butler guy some more. HA!

3) Perfect Strangers- Good looking girl + Nerdy guy + funny talking foreigner = Comedy gold (why don't more people get this).

2) Just the Ten of Us- Very underrated imo. Lots o' hot daughters plus the dad was a PE teacher. Come on Catfans what's not to like here  :ksu: .

1) Boy Meets World - Big fan here. One of the best shows ever. Did everyone know that Angela was 12 years older than everyone else in real life??? Wow, it did not matter. Great, great show.

Good thread.  You ever watch the one with the football kicker who got in troubs and had to live with his square of a bro?  Was only on for one season iirc.  Underrated fo-sho.  I don't remember Mr. Belv. or Perfect Strangers but know OF them.  Prolly to young to remember them specifically.  Of the ones you listed I like Just the Ten of Us and Sabrina the best.

EDIT:  Also, would like to "meet" Topanga  8-)

Brother's Keeper.

Also, Who didn't want to "meet" Topanga?

BTW-after the show she got kind of fat and then lost weight and became a spokesperson for slimfast.

6,7,8 & 9 were just fracking krap.

3 was one of the more under rated shows in sitcom history.  The Odd Couple of it's time.  Really doesn't belong with this list of retard shows.

1,4 and 5 were all "meh" to me.

2 was the only other one on the list that I would list on the positive side of mediocre.  I believe it was a Growing Pains spinoff BTW.  Similar caliber of show, though never was as popular.

YES! This was a GP spinoff. Many major stars were also on this show. Don't believe me.......

I never watched it as such, but I was eight.  Then I caught it again one summer when I was like 16?  Totally homoerotic before its time.  And that one artsy dad (not Paul Reiser) had that cushiony chair that was built to look like an old magenta pickup truck.

And I don't believe Just The Ten of Us was technically a spinoff of Growing Pains, just sort of fluid with the characters.  I know the gym teacher made occasional appearances on Growing Pains (their team name was the Hooters, by the way), but was it really a spinoff?  Lots of shows do this kind of stuff.

The fact that I'm up at 2 in the morning typing this kind of stuff makes me feel like my life is really where I wanted it to be at 25.

No...it was about slutty women who have kids, but aren't sure who the fathers are (Apparently DNA testing wasn't availible in the 80s)

But I wouldn't be suprised the original premise was a gay couple, and it was alterted.  Regan was in office after all.

I like that the "cool" dad had a beard...plus a bedroom up a jankty metal staircase in the wall for some reason.

I met Mr. Cooper in Boston a few years ago and got my picture with him.  He was wearing an orange leather jacket and was very tall.

'member when the show turned to him getting back with the NBA and they showed games footage and everyone was all, "Is he really playing in the NBA?"

I could never decide if I liked that girl or not. Half of me was like she's good looking and seems smart. I bet she's quite the catch. The other part of me was like she's not very good looking and seems kind of like a know it all. I bet I would want to punch her in the stomach if I was around her a lot.
