    The very best.

9/11 played in nfl
8/11 drafted
6/11 STILL play in the nfl.

Phil Bennett was a b1tch.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Litton's name looks really out of place with that bunch.

Yeah, but Litton would hit people.   Not like the flying whiff brothers we have today.

We had one hell of a defensive line-ups for quite awhile.  They were very good, smart, assignment sound, and just made the plays needed period.  Yes, there were two JUCO kids on that defense, but they were both our DT's.  A position you can plug quality JUCO players in quicker.  Also Holloman was a Kansas kid to boot.  I do have to agree, what top level talent there was in the state of Kansas, it went to KSU.  To be honest and frank, it goes to ku now.  Seriously!!!

ku and KSU split "top" "kansas" "talent", even during DOD.

Did ku's half of KS talent ever amount to anything?  I don't know.

Well, Nick Reid, who chose ku at the height of DoD and the bottom of ku's barrel, was a B12 DPOY.

But if we're using Cliff HOlloman as a baseline for "amounting to anything", I'd say there were probably quite a few.
