With U.S. saber rattling towards Venezuela now at its height, the Pentagon has decided to reactivate the Navy’s fourth fleet in the Caribbean, Central and South America.

Woot!

This is going to be a replay of Reagan's masterful bombing handling of that Libyan Jackass and his "Line of Death" nonsense from '87/'88.

Overthrowing a democratically elected leader who is increasingly unpopular among his own populace is a bad idea it seems to me.  You don't see Europe trying (hard) to overthrow Bush.

If we clasify this guy as a terrorist we can lump this war in with the other wars we are losing and still be able to say we are at war on one front.  Plus, we can then reference the WTC when anyone questions us about it.

Ah my young friend you obviously don't recall Reagan's tactics: we won't overthrow him, we'll bomb a palace he inhabits and kill his children.  History teaches us that this tactic should shut him up for a couple of decades.

This tactic obviously proved to have lingering effects.  Hence the reason why Qadhaffi was so eager to give up all his nuke information when we/the UN came calling.

The only difference between Hugo and GW is that Hugo can speak more than one language.  Do the math.

I'm guessing that Hugo Chavez has a higher approval rating in the US then Bush.

Chavez wouldn't have let Bush on his home soil to say it.
