You can't be racist and like basketball.
We don't even have walk-on QB's listed on the roster.

Like I said on Wabash ... WCSW

West Coast Single Wing ... that almost sent one Wabasher to the Emergency Room.

I hope for the sake of the animals some of those guys don't have dogs or cats.

That's catchy!

Who will be the RB's at the first game, then?  Clayton suspended, Fisher hurt, Anders fat and out of shape, FB's run off...Leon Patton and Carlos Alsup?

    The very best.
Crap. With our O-Line this could seriously be a problem.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

We seriously needed to land Kerry Meier.  History will show that the beginning of our downturn coincided with the moment he made his choice of college.

Pesonally, I think the biggest loss is Lopina.   Of course everybody looked at what he did in the Spring game, but if you're being setup to fail ...

You can't have him.

But you can have Adam Barmann.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

You're going to need Barmann when Kerry gets benched.  ku fans will be calling for Barmann to start no later than halfway through the season.

...and in related news:

Coach Ron Prince announces the abolishment of the scout team

When asked why, he would only say "well duh"

I am.  I will be directing the scout team.  I'm walking on, uh, tomorrow.  Didn't play QB in high school.  Actually, I didn't play football in high school.  Actually, I didn't play football at all.

But we need a scout team damnit.

I'm obviously the only one who will be able to pull said task off.  I was born for this job.

Justin Evans?

it seems like he's been the backup to the backup on the scout team qb for about 50 years.
