I support giving Tyree his second third chance.

I don't know man, he could pull another Randy Smithson maneuver on Frank.  Chances of Tyree turning into a FP, TC etc are VERY high.  If he can keep his head screwed on straight, then I'm all for it.  I just don't think the margin for error on next year's team is going to be very big--throw in a potentially unstable element like Tyree and any GOOD potential goes down the crapper.
