It's funny you mention this.  It was the biggest game in the schools history.  To be in this game you must make one of two assumptions.  First - You won the Conference Championship.....nope.  Second - You at least won your division of the conference....nope.  They went to the Orange bowl and played an overrated team that has no offense and it showed against the only legit team they played this year (Lost to LSU 48-7).  Back to mediocrity next year.

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
Reesing has more heart than Ksu's entire team(minus Jordy) did.

He can dance any way he wants to.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

Let me spell it out then:

After the loss to ku, Ksu stopped playing. They gave up. They didn't look like they wanted to be out there, they didn't do anything but goof off on the sidelines during games. Compare Ksu pre-ku  to post-ku and they were good. Atleast comparable to ku and the game showed that. A good game against Auburn, a win against Texas. Impressive actually. But Ksu post-ku was entirely different. The defense most notably fell off the face of the earth. They were good enough to compete before, but not afterwards?

Talent doesn't vanish instantly. Motivation on the other hand...

    ^ Dead to me
Hope? or Concern?

I dont know, it seems to be a coaching breakdown of some kind.

I support Prince but this is one of the things that is disconcerting to me, it seems like Prince lost his players at some point in the season (after the ku game, and then after the OSU game)

Injuries play somewhat of a factor, but its impossible to tell how much.

I think Prince has a good philosiphy but I think it could take him a few seasons to carry out the logistics of his plan.....

Bob Davie (former coach) and every other annoncer said that he was an impressive guy and seemed to have this team on the right track.

The desparity of our performance at Texas and our game at Fresno is huge, I imagine there are several factors that played in to our collapse. I think bringing in hungry juco talent is a good step.  Remeber that Snyder helped build the program on juco talent.

Either way we need to move forward and play with more emotion this year!!!!!

Imagine if Reesing or Daniel were "emotionally neutral"...

Nope, it was after the OSU game - that one kicked us in the nuts. The BU game was a yawner and we all know the rest. That last drive of the OSU game doomed us. I dont know WTF Prince is doing with this team, but I will support him as any coach needs that 4-5 yr window of opportunity.

So if next year is back to mediocrity for us, just how low does that make KSUCK?  I hope you all enjoyed watching a real program WIN a BCS game though. btw, when was the last time KSUCK won a game of significance?
From my online dating profile:  If you like what you see, dont be shy…I like to think myself a pretty outgoing guy. I enjoy the anything outside, like camping or playing sports. Most describe my personality as sarcastic, but once you get to know me, youll know its all i...
