Move Tibsy back to ST coordinator and give Wally the D Coordinator spot.

Our D has to start over anyhow so, why not.  Move Ian back to DE!!!!! (and get us a real LB)

I doubt Tibs takes the demotion.  But if he did, then move him to special teams cord, let Mo go, and get a real DC.  Although 3 DC's in 3 years really isn't something that bodes well for a program and can't be good on the recruiting trail, imo.

I was only talking about him as our next DC, not HC.  It would never happen anyways, just a pipe dream.
