Agreed. It's not like I couldn't see the game but bowl games are supposed to help recruiting and it can't help recruiting if most people can't see the game.

The idea of playing Tulsa doesn't get me fired up though.

It's not about easy wins anymore. We want to challenge ourselves. That's why Coach Prince is upgrading the non conference schedule.

The Rutgers "challenge" didn't work out real well.  Face it, nobody, except the teams that are in it, really care about the crap bowls.  I'd much rather take a trip to a game, see the team win, be it by 1 or by 50, and have a good time, than see us lose in a blowout or heartbreaker.

Yes, but who wants to take a trip to the same bowl every year? That sucks.

    The very best.
The city of Houston is excellent, and the Texas bowl was first class.

That being said, I full expect to raid the alamobowl forum well into december this year.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

The proper question is:

would you rather see ku win the north after we beat mizzou

or

would you kneel on the ball at the goal line and purposely give the game to mizzou to spite ku out of first place.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
None of these scenarios bother me.

Who cares if ku wins the North?

I'd take a Texas bowl with this year's tougher schedule.

You guys are insecure pussies.

the bowl game is an easy choice.

LSnyder always credited the extra practice for the underclassmen (almost like an additional spring practice peroid) during prep for the early bowls for the assent in the program.

I think this sounds pretty appropriate right about now.
