He just isnt consistent right now. I would hope that the main reason for the inconsistency is because of this being only his SECOND year as a HC. The staff is incredibly inexperienced, and most are in their 1st/2nd years at their respective positions.
He'll learn as time goes how to handle his team and get them up for the crap games (ISU) and the big one (UT). Its pretty apparent that Snyder was a master at doing that.
Give him time to learn, he's still ahead of most learning curves for most second year HC.
This team is much better this year than last, just inconsistent.
