You can't be racist and like basketball.
Look, going into the season, no one expected us to win on the road at the 2nd best team in the Big XII.  The officiating was just horrible, the CU fans were mean, and CU has one of the best players in the conference.

I'm just proud of the way the guys played their hearts out.  You can't win 'em all!

Go beat Baylor!!!

I almost forgot - I'm not using this as an excuse, but I think the altitude was a factor.

    The very best.
Agreed.

I just wanted to keep it close, keep the momentum going....

Sucks that we couldn't get the win...but we have a HUGE strech coming up with the VERY winnables games coming up.....

It just sucks our AD couldn't get the Baylor game on TV....
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

It would've been a nice win, but certainly you don't come away feeling that we peed down our leg or blew the game.  Yeah, we could've gotten back on defense, but CU is a tough match-up when they are on like they were most of tonight, and we struggled with it.  Cartier and Lance were able to keep us in it, CU just made plays down the stretch and we didn't.

Move on.  We absolutely cannot lose to Baylor.  That has to be a win going into two home games.

Problem is, us getting back on defense had nothing to do with whether CU was "on" or not. CU was simply more athletic and more active on defense when it was needed. I'd like to watch the tape and see how many turnovers we forced. We were "on" more than CU was. Martin got his 24 and Harris lit it up. Before the season not many people would've thought we lost too many games where Martin and Harris were getting that kind of production. Sucks to know that laziness might've cost us this game.

It's just really unfortunate how unlucky Jim Wooldridge has been.  The poor guy just can't get a break.  I hope K-State continues to stand behind this fine humanitarian and give him a chance (just one chance!) to succeed.  All of these unlucky circumstances are going to change,  and shucks, when they do I want Wooly to be able to take advantage of that and get some payback.
