Mangino has gained 100 pounds on top of his already huge base since the end of last year. Also, there was a rumor out there about him spitting up blood on the sidelines of last weeks game.

I believe more than anything that the point of this thread was to start a discussion on how a man that appears to have no respect for himself can get kids, and better kids than previous coaches at his school, to come and play for him and be happy. There is no way that his image makes the university happy, the Big XII happy, or anyone happy. It is backed by his continuing weight gain and until he passes on or is fired, he will always be the center of ridicule.
