    I survived the Dickey/Parrish era.
Imagine the repercussions....losing that ONE vote the sqawks received in the polls last week.

    The "other" KSU
quote: "We've always said here we prepare for everybody the same way. That's me and that's how I view the game," Kansas coach Mark Mangino said.

Are you joking? A 2-19 conf road record and you prepare the same for EVERYONE?

BTW is that Aqueeeeb Taleeeeb's little brother in that picture? If not, it must be one of the booster's kids.

Last night on ABC Wichita news (KAKE Ch. 10) The biggest ku homers out there, they interviewed a couple of ku players and all of their responses were like...  "we don't know much about them, They've only played one game..."

When Talib was asked about the strengths of their team his was response was:  "We just watched film on them today...  uhh... I mean, I watched film on them by myself, but I didn't get much from it...   I mean, they've only played one game and it's hard to learn about someone from watching one game.  I guess their receivers are pretty fast.... yeah definitely; Their receivers are really fast."

Their prob. spent the Mon-Wed watching film on us getting ready for their super bowl.

The blue wings have risen.  When you're elite at basketball and football, you can't take anyone lightly.

"Just a general question...Anyone else think Brian Smoller sounds like Bob Costas? I've told him that for years and he never believes me". - D. Scott Fritchen
