It's obvious that Keller has performed like a Heisman candidate.  Ganz has just performed better.  Don't you understand how good Husker depth is, hatter?

LOLLLERS

The article was written by a clueless Matt Hayes of the Sporting News who also said that both Lucky and Glenn suffered debilatating injuries when both had minor injuries. Lucky was already back at practice and Glenn is expected back tomorrow from a hamstring injury.

Matt Hayes was simply talking out his ass and knows absolutely nothing about the QB race. Callahan won't name the starter until the week of the Nevada game and he's been on the record saying that for months. Keller is taking almost all the reps with the 1st team offense now, just as it was always planned. There's no QB race and there never was. Keller is completing over 70% of his passes this fall and looks just like a first round draft pick. LOL @ a stupid national reporter and LOL @ stupid fans who actually believe what he wrote.

BTW, how is Freeman doing? I notice he didn't complete a pass yesterday. Freeman=going in reverse.

It's going to be tough with Freeman regressing and Keller winning the Heisman.   :'(

I hate the nubs but Keller hasn't separated himself just like there was a competition during spring with Freeman/Coffman.

Keller has separated himself from Ganz. Keller is far superior. The sad reality (for you) however is that both would start at KSU, as Soul-Glo is an embarrassing disappointment. In addition, regardless of who plays QB for us, you're in for a beatdown in Lincoln.

Actually, an accurate assessment of many of our fans.  :'(

No one is worried about our qb situation. We have good depth and competition there this year. Obviously no one knows how well Keller will do yet come game time, but the reports have been encouraging. Matt Hayes just knows what Callahan tells him, and as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, Callahan has been on record for months saying he wouldn't name a starter until the Nevada game week.

The only thing I'm really that worried about is our running back situation since Lucky and Glenn keep getting injuries. We have other running backs, but I think our offense would be more limited with them.

pretty sure glenn is hurt but lucky is fine.  I think they are keeping lucky out because he is our star rb.  however, withg glenn hurt like he is we need to get our new guys some reps.  no need to have lucky in there pounding and getting hit, he knows the system, mendoza, culbert and castille need reps

It's sucks that Glenn has been injured so long. I felt like he was just starting to take off when he got injured.

I think you should have more worries than that.  What will Keller do if Friday night before a game, a person puts a long line of white powder in front of him?  He can leave Arizona, but that doesn't mean his enjoyment for some activities stayed in Arizona.

It is entertaining to see nubs dodge this topic.  They know his history and ignoring it seems to make them feel ok.

Dodge this topic? This started with a few random fans of rival teams claiming they had ties to a guy who had ties to a guy who had ties to a guy who had ties to Arizona State and heard Sam Keller did drugs. It's lame.

With the way Freeman has been performing, even though he's ripped and looks better than Usher, KSU should probably re-open the QB competition.  Enough of this promising starting positions highly regarded freshmen.

It's actually a pretty good recruiting strategy.
