Terrance Thomas, a Scout.com two-star cornerback from Shawnee Mission, Kansas, is a talented prospect who has received one scholarship offer and looking for more. Thomas updates Scout.com about his recruitment.
“My summer has been going good,” Terrance Thomas said from Shawnee Mission-East. “I haven’t been able to find the time to go to any camps. I probably won’t go to any this summer.”
“I have only been on one visit. I went up to Kansas State during the spring for an unofficial visit. The visit to Kansas State went good. They showed me the facilities, and we went to a basketball game. It was pretty cool.”
“I like their facilities and their coaches. My recruiting coach is coach [Steve] Wallerstedt. My relationship with him is good. He actually sent me a text message today."
The 6-foot-0, 175-pound defensive back believes Missouri is on the verge of extending an offer as well.
Thomas is a speedster with a timed 4.37 in the 40-yard dash. He knows his strengths and what he hopes to improve.
“I feel like I am best at cornerback. My strength is covering the pass. I have been working on my footwork, and stuff like that," he said.
Thomas is a three-sport star as he hits the hardcourt after football and runs track in the spring.
